The Fafarua table: fish, and much more
Three meals a day are prepared on site and included in both packages. Supplying a remote motu means adapting to what is available — with locally caught fish as a highlight.

Plenty of fish on the menu
Most of the cooking centres on fish in all its forms, caught locally whenever possible, with local fruit and vegetables. French cooking and Polynesian recipes meet around fresh produce.

And more than fish
Fish leads the way, but it is not the only option: salads, vegetables, cheeses and other dishes according to supplies and your wishes. Photos show the mood at the table, not a fixed menu.

Allergies and preferences: please tell us
Meals are prepared on site, at the pace of the motu. We adapt as far as possible to intolerances, allergies and food preferences: tell us before booking so we can assess together what we can offer.
