Requesting a booking
The server checks availability and price before payment. Your dates are held temporarily while you pay the first installment on Systempay. Your stay is confirmed automatically after payment is verified with the bank. Later installments are emailed with their invoice and a payment link. Your card is not charged again without a new action from you.
Any price shown as “to be confirmed” is not a final quote. Changes, cancellation and deposit terms are set out in the booking conditions and confirmed with the team before you commit.

Data protection
The contact and booking forms collect your name, email address, phone number and the information you provide about your trip. They are used to answer your request, arrange your stay and prepare the associated documents.
Your request is sent to the private management application for Fafarua Lodge. Fafarua Lodge and Tikehau Activities have separate management systems. Links between the two websites do not transfer your booking automatically.
The websites are hosted on Cloudflare. Access to private management data requires an authorised account. The public website does not use advertising trackers. Technical browser storage keeps your language choice and form progress; private management also uses a login session and an offline copy on the operator’s device.
To ask about retention of your information or request access, correction or deletion, contact the team at contact@fafarualodge.com. Some issued documents may need to be retained; the operator will explain the applicable conditions.
