Prices and conditions
The motu (island) is rented exclusively in its entirety at one group at a time, and can be occupied by 2 to 6 persons in all
Year 2023 rates:
- Low season rates:
- Exclusive occupation ot the motu by 2 persons : 105 251 XPF ( about 882 €) per night for 2 people
- Any additional people : 26 850 XPF ( about 225 €) per night.

- High season rates : from July 1st to August 31st and Becember 10th to January 10th
- Exclusive occupation ot the motu by 2 persons : 116 945 XPF ( about 980 €) per night for 2 people
- Any additional people : 29 833XPF ( about 250€) per night.
- The minimum stay is 3 nigths
- Children under 2 years old : no additional cost
- All prices are all taxes inclusive.
- Credit card payment are available with no additional cost except for American Express and JCB which cause an additional cost of 2,5%.
These all-inclusive rates include:
- Transfers from the airport in TIKEHAU by car, then boat (about 30 minutes), and return
- Accommodation and use of the exclusive private island
- 3 meals a day, water, coffee, tea, some fruit juice
- The use of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards
- The provision of the boat with its driver for one excursion per day within the atoll and at the channel outside the days of transfers,departure and arrival.
- The provision of the car with its driver for excursions within the village of Tuherahera and its large motu
- Free internet access in the house and close surroundings (About 30Mb/s downloading, 20 Mb/s uploading)
They do not include :
- A cave stocked with a selection of wines, champagne, alcohol and beers sodas and juices in cans is on disposal on charge . Our beverage card can be sent on demand.
- The use of service for scuba diving, deep sea fishing, or other.
- It is possible to bring your one wine, champagne, beer or alcoholic beverage but a "droit de bouchon" will be charged for the use of any of these beverage. (Prices can be consulted on demand)
Check in start at 2 PM and check out is before 11 AM.
In some circumstances it is possible to adapt this timing. Please let us know if you have problem with your arrival or departure time flight and we will see how we can do, depending mainly on the previous or next guests departure or arrival.
Conditions
Bookings are valid and will be confirmed only upon receipt into our bank accounts of the accommodation deposits :
- 50% of the fee of your stay due at the time of the rervation if it happens more that one month before the stay
- 100% of the fee of your stay is due one month prior to arrival.
Please note that if a payment is not received on time we reserve the right to release your reservation, regardless of any payment already received.
